Jonathan Hyatt
In the six years that he has practiced law, Jonathan has successfully defended a Capital Murder case, become Board Certified in Criminal Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and argued and won appeals.
Jonathan has litigated all levels of cases, ranging from Traffic Tickets to Capital Murder. His work is his life. You can find Jonathan working nights and weekends and visiting clients during off hours. He represents individuals accused of crimes throughout Texas. When he's not in Court advocating for clients, he's meeting with investigators, working with witnesses or negotiating with prosecutors. He keeps clients informed, he interviews witnesses and he believes in the process.
Jonathan's philosophy with respect to the practice of law can best be summed up by Alan Dershowitz. "Once I decide to take a case, I have only one agenda: I want to win. I will try, by every fair and legal means, to get my client off—without regard to the consequences."
